How the Brand Calculus Method Works
Ten structural-health metrics, two brand lanes, and stage-aware self-ratings. Understand what your score means and what it cannot tell you.
Start with the structure, not the follower count
Brand Calculus examines the foundations behind audience growth: content or delivery capacity, brand identity, distribution, monetization or demand, and community trust. The framework is benchmarked against 100+ real brands spanning 1987–2026. That historical reference informs the questions; the free scorecard does not independently verify your brand or calculate a cohort percentile.
Choose your lane and stage
Choose Creator or Web3/Crypto, then Just starting or Established. Each combination has ten metrics across five dimensions. Early-stage questions focus on observable leading indicators such as cadence, resonance, niche clarity, early audience relationships, and community quality rather than revenue or token holders a new brand does not yet have.
Rate ten metrics from 1 to 10
Follow the wording of each question and rate the strength of that foundation. Ten ratings are added into a total from 10 to 100. Use evidence rather than ambition. Keep the same lane and stage when comparing like-for-like results; changing either changes the questions.
Read the band, then work on weak points
The scorecard returns a structural band and dimension-level readings. It highlights up to three of your lowest-rated metrics below seven. Treat those as prompts to investigate and improve, not proof of a specific outcome. Repeat the scorecard after making changes and keep notes about the evidence behind your ratings.
Know the limits
Self-ratings can be optimistic, incomplete, or based on uncertain data. Historical patterns do not establish causation or guarantee survival. The free scorecard is not an automated audit, token analysis, or investment recommendation. The separate $49 Full Diagnostic provides a deeper report and a prioritized 90-day action plan.
